Overview

Highwoods Properties, Inc. (the Company) and Highwoods Realty Limited Partnership (the Operating Partnership) report together in a single combined annual report for the period ended December 31, 2025. The report presents separate sections for the Company and the Operating Partnership on key topics (Controls and Procedures; Certifications under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act; Consolidated Financial Statements; and Notes on Equity and on Earnings Per Share/Per Unit).

Property categories
